Overview and logging in to the Price Information Management System.
Introduction
A Price Information Management System allows Suppliers and Wholesalers to ensure that Stock pricing is always up to date.
Suppliers can create a file of the linked Stock Item Selling Price and other data for their Wholesaler customer and upload this price file to their Wholesaler's Price Information Management System.
These prices are then available for the Wholesaler to use when creating Quotes, Sales Orders and Purchase Orders.
Each Wholesaler will have their unique database, where their Price File administrator can manage User access and approve Stock batch files that have been uploaded from their Suppliers.
Overview
Suppliers can download a template excel spreadsheet file that they can use to create a file of Stock Item prices.
This spreadsheet can then be populated with their Stock items and prices.
It can then be uploaded to their Wholesaler's Price Information Management System, where it can be accessed by that Wholesaler customer to ensure that they are using the latest prices for Sales Orders, Quotes and Purchase Orders.

Login to the Price Information Management System
The administrator / pricing manager for a Wholesaler will have a login to the Price Information Management System.
This is acessible from https://XXXXXXXXpricefile.lentune.co.nz/ , where XXXXXXXX is the company code abbreviation assigned to your company.

If this is the first time you are logging in:
- Click Sign up now.
If you have already set up your login:
- Login in with your email and password.
The Administrator can now add User and security access details for their Supplier, who will then be able to download a blank template and upload new price files.
