Update Text User ID

The User ID to sign in to the SMS provider.

 

Update Text User Password

The password needed to sign in to the SMS provider.

 

Text URL API

The API Url for the SMS/TXT Message provider.

This is usually Bulletin

Terms And Conditions

This should be set to the Terms And Conditions communication type.

 

Temp Directory Path

This is used by the CheckAndEmailPacking Slip endpoint. When a packing slip is emailed, it’s temporarily stored here.

 

Person Additional Code Prompt Text Mapping

When creating a new person in the CRM, there is a field labelled Additional Code. You can rename that field to something else by typing an alternative name here.

This only applies to the creation of new people. If you edit an existing person, it will still say Additional Code, it won’t use the text mapping.

Person Email Required

Tick this to make email mandatory when creating a new person in the CRM.

 

Person Mobile Required

Tick this to make mobile mandatory when creating a new person in the CRM.

 

Person First Name Required

Tick this to make first name mandatory when creating a new person in the CRM.

 

Person Last Name Required

Tick this to make last name mandatory when creating a new person in the CRM.

 

Person Position Required

Tick this to make position mandatory when creating a new ‘person’ in the CRM.

 

Person Additional Code Required

Tick this to make additional code mandatory when creating a new person in the CRM.

 

Memo

This should be set to the Memo communication type.

 

Outbound

This should be set to the Outbound communication type.
