      Introduction

      Where a User has been set up twice, you can consolidate the User codes into one code. The Security and Access credentials for both users will be retained on the User code you keep. The email address for the User to keep will be retained.

      Consolidate User Codes

      To consolidate two User codes:

      • Start at Administration > Users and click Export/import/consolidate, then select Consolidate.

      In the Consolidate User screen:

      • Enter the User code to remove.

      • Enter the User code to keep and click Consolidate.

      Now the credentials for the User to remove will be transferred to the User to keep, and only one user will remain.
