Email signature for users

In the User setup, you can add an email signature. Using HTML allows you to format this to display nicely in an email.

Introduction

You can use HTML in email signatures for your Users in Lentune.

Using line breaks and paragraphs allows you to space out the standard text that you might write in the email signature. There is no limit to the length of the field.

Email Signature

A User can set up a signature that will be used on outgoing emails. This may be set up in the Administration > User or Settings > User menus. Select the User and in the Staff tab, write your signature text in the Email Signature box in the Contract Details section.

Common HTML commands

Linebreak: <br> 

Paragraph: <p>

The line break will start a new line, while the paragraph will leave a line space and start a new line.

Adding HTML:

Attached is your support summary. <br> If you require further assistance, please contact me. <br> Thank you.<br> Kind regards <br> Jim Jones.
