      Introduction

      You can export Project data information to be used in another system, e.g. CostCon.

      This allows you to take the Project Cost Codes and budgets and variations back to your Project management system to ensure that you are using the most up to date data.

      Export Project Data

      To export data for a Project:

      • Go to Time sheets > Projects, or Expenses > Projects.
      • Search and select the Project you require.
      • Go to the Cost Codes tab.
      • Click the down arrow beside Export / Import.
      • Click Export to Spreadsheet.

      This will create an .XLXS spreadsheet for you.
