Here's a wrap up of what we've been working on lately.
New features
- You can now look up a Project, go to the Purchase Order tab and mark POs as 'Completed' in bulk. Search criteria has been added to make it easier to filter out the ones you want to complete. You can either complete all POs against a project or mark only selected POs as completed.
- For Xero users, we can now create a link between Payables in Lentune and Contacts in Xero. In Xero you can only pay a Supplier but a Contact can't become a Supplier until you've paid a bill. To avoid this Catch-22 scenario we can now run a scheduled task to push payables from Lentune to Xero. If the Payable description in Xero matches the Contact description exactly in Xero then the two will be effectively linked and you can batch invoices for that Payable and send them successfully to Xero.
Improvements
- A due date start and end filter has been added to the invoice advanced search screen so you can now search for invoices by due date.
- Crew Manager permissions within the Timesheet module can now be applied at a branch level instead of only at a project level
- Two new security roles have been added for handling the approval of Leave requests in the Timesheet module. LEAVEREQUESTFIRSTAPPROVER and/or LEAVEREQUESTSECONDAPPROVER are required for anyone who needs to first or second approve leave.
Fixes
- Purchase Order lines with a value above $1000 were showing as just 'Price' rather than the value on iPhones. This has been corrected.
- Communication replies weren't fetching correctly but now do.
