NEW: Cost to Complete

Cost to Complete empowers you with real-time knowledge of how much it will cost to finish a project, based on the work that has already been done. No more guessing if a job is going south or if your profit margin is holding strong. It's like having a crystal ball that reveals the future of your bottom line.

• You will be able to use security roles to control access to this functionality, ensuring that only authorised team members can have access.
• We've revamped the layout of the forecast reporting box, the cost code section and grid on projects to make it easier to understand and navigate. We've added new figures to give you a clearer view of your project's forecasted data at a glance.

Time Sheet Allowances

1. Say goodbye to the hassle of sorting through Timesheet allowances. With our new feature, you can easily group them by project/cost code and more in custom exports.
2. Now, you can link allowances to particular projects, making it easier and more organised to keep track of them.
3. We've implemented an upper limit to the allowance (hours worked) award, ensuring that your financials are always in check.
4. We've introduced Works Days and Entry Type selection filters to our allowance definitions.

Other Enhancements

1. Offsite materials can now be linked to a sub-contract claim.
2. Streamline your workflow by pushing Receivable Accounts directly to Xero from the record rather than relying on the push task. It's just like the Push Payable to Xero button on payables.
3. Now, easily send your claims invoices to Xero by checking the Payment by Xero tick box in your receivable accounts.
4. You can delete a yard booking before dispatch if you have the RTMTC security role.
5. It's now easy to manage your expenses with our new feature that allows importing and exporting expense cards.
