Lentune | Invoice Release 3.44

Here are the latest updates that we have been working on.

General Improvements

• Default search criteria can now be saved from the Time Sheet approval screen, ensuring the appropriate defaults are always in place.
• Line allocations can now be made mandatory for invoice approval with Jobpac allocations, if required.
• Only users with the relevant PAYAPPROVEINVOICE Security Role will now appear in the approver dropdown box when checking or approving an invoice, streamlining the approval process.

Expenses

• We've redesigned the Expense Statement Import functionality ensuring a more flexible and visible experience when importing credit card statements.
• Check out the new Tax column on the Expenses search screen! This is an optional column that can be turned on in the Expense module settings.
• Users with the EXPADMIN Security Role can now make updates to an already approved expense for enhanced flexibility.

Payment Claims

• Claim amounts can now be seamlessly summarised into a single invoice line.
• Navigate the Head Contract search grid with ease, thanks to our newly added Last Claimed Date column.
