General Improvements

• We've enhance your export capabilities! You can now effortlessly export Purchase Orders for multiple branches and include invoice values for a comprehensive overview.
• Attention, Procore users! We've upgraded the allocation screen, introducing editable GL fields and automatic population of invoice lines for a smoother experience.
• You can now customise your view of the Head Contract overview screen to suit your specific preferences.
• The Time Sheet batch screen now includes a Total authorized hours column for better oversight.
• You can now add an Expense Receipt or Document even after the expense claim has been submitted.

Invoice Automation

• We’ve streamlined the require rechecking workflow! Approvers now have the ability to communicate why an invoice has been rolled back, improving the overall approval process.
• Invoices marked as confidential are now visible to those with the relevant security role or a user selected as an approver of the invoice.
• You can now effortlessly split one document into multiple invoices with just a single click.
• Improved Supplier Keyword Linking! Enhancements ensure that linked keywords are thoroughly captured, eliminating misses.
