This release delivers a cleaner Project Variations page, plus a solid round of fixes and improvements across the system.

Project Variations Page — A Cleaner, Clearer View

The Project Variations page has been refreshed so you can see everything that matters at a glance:

• Columns are now better spaced and sized more sensibly.
• The overall layout has been tidied so you can scan your variations quickly and easily.

If you're a QS or Project Manager juggling a long list of variations on a busy job, the new layout gives you a faster path to the information you need — particularly when you're comparing variations or tracking down a specific one across a large project.

In Other News

Claims — The daily Claims reminder email now only counts claims where you are the assigned 1st or 2nd approver, rather than every claim in your approval queue, so the numbers in your reminder reflect what actually needs your action.

Purchase Orders — Inactive users now remain visible in PO search dropdowns and user filters, clearly labelled so you can continue to find and review historical POs after staff have left the business — no more keeping users active just to preserve searchability.

Receivable Invoices — Line amounts now display with two decimal places, matching the rest of the invoice so your receivables look clean and consistent when they reach your clients.

Yard On-Site — The edit booking screen now refreshes correctly when a new search returns only one result, so you’ll always see the current booking rather than the previous one.
