Invoice Automation

Introducing a helpful addition! You can now filter invoices by reconciled or unreconciled status with the new invoice search criteria.

We've simplified the interface so that if you're running a single approval workflow, you will no longer see any second approver fields. This ensures there's no confusion over who should be approving what.
- You can now set a single approver default at the Branch or Project level for smoother workflows.

A new filter has been introduced on the invoice approvals screen, enabling you to filter by matching and non-matching PO and invoice amounts.
Payment Claims

Cost Plus contract document associations have been improved to ensure that all relevant documents are associated when the supporting document is generated.

Notes can now be seamlessly added to a sub-contract order which are displayed on the PDF.
Timesheets
- Customise your Timesheet module settings with various improvements to allow you to hide certain workflows you may not be using, such as allowances, overtime and crew time, for a more streamlined experience.
General Improvements

Streamlining GL Coding! A new task has been introduced, allowing GL Coding to be synced directly from Xero for enhanced efficiency.
- A sundry receivable invoice created in the Projects tab now has an editable invoice date, giving you more control over your invoicing process.
