Here's a wrap up of what we've been working on lately.
Lentune Analytics
Authorised users are now able to access the power of the Lentune Analytics tool without the need for Administration access.
Lentune Analytics is powered by Microsoft Power BI (Business Intelligence). It is a tool to help you visualize and explore your data. We have embedded Power BI into Lentune to bring you visual reporting to empower you to make better business decisions.

Reverse Invoice Approval
Users with Administration access now have the ability to reverse invoice approval both at header and line level. Details of how to go about this can be found in this Knowledge Base article.
New Payment Module
As more Lentune customers are paying their suppliers directly from Lentune we have added a setting that gives you the option to auto-post transactions once a bank file is created. If you are interested in finding out more about managing your payments directly from Lentune please get in touch.
Automating Supplier Price Files
You can now link a Supplier Price file email inbox to Lentune and set a task to pull the new pricing into the software overnight. This will ensure that pricing is up-to-date in Lentune giving you greater confidence when raising purchase orders that you are using of the most up to date costing.
You can opt to receive a daily report outlining which files have been updated.
Additional improvements resulting from customer feedback:
- Invoice lines can now be updated after an invoice has been processed. Read about that here.
- Internal notes can now be added to a Purchase Order which will not be seen by the Supplier. Read about that here.
- SimPRO PO private notes can now map through to the Lentune internal notes field.
- Lentune can now handle multiple SimPRO API tasks simultaneously meaning that Scheduled Tasks will experience fewer delays.
- We have fixed the bug which prevented users from rotating a PDF file in Lentune.
