Here's a wrap up of what we've been working on lately.
Yard improvements
- Items dispatched from one location can now be returned to another location. This is then reflected in item availability. Details here.
- When looking to book a new Yard item, the search screen will now show available items first.
Check / Approve Invoice process improvements
- A supporting document, which can be added to all supplier or project invoices, can now also be deleted if no longer required. Details here.
- You can now bulk delete all invoice lines rather than having to delete them line by line.
Integration enhancement
Jobpac
We have added an identifier (Jobpac invoice number) to the Expense search screen so that you can now match expenses in Lentune to the associated invoice in Jobpac. Details here.
Variations tweak
The ability to import variations from the project screen is no longer restricted to Administration security access but can be performed by anyone with the right to create a variation.

We are always looking to improve and expand the Knowledge Base.
