Getting started with Purchase Orders on the Lentune App

1: Download Lentune app

• Go to the App store on your device
• Search 'Lentune' 
• Install

2: Login 

• Search company name, e.g. 'ABC Plumbing Ltd'
• Use the Microsoft Login option
  This option does not require a password to be set

3: Enter a new Purchase Order

• Checkout this video walkthrough 
• Select Purchase Orders
• Top right New > select a supplier
• Enter Project + Cost code
• Add a Description
• Select New item - this adds lines to the PO
• Add description, quantity, price of line item
• You can also use Search to see pricing catalogue
• Save
• Add any Special Instructions 
• Add any Internal Notes 
• Add any Documents i.e. a screenshot or a photo
• Select Done and/or Email 
  Purchase Order is now showing a status of Awaiting Goods

4: Review your Purchase Orders

• Open Purchase Orders on the App and use the Filter to search for POs.
