Lentune | Invoice Release 3.8

Here's a wrap up of what we've been working on lately.

Significant Enhancements

1. A significant enhancement has been made to give Administrators more control over Cost Code visibility. You can now restrict certain Cost Types from appearing within specific modules. There is also a new setting which will allow you to add all Master Cost Codes to newly created projects by default. Click here for more detail.
2. On the Admin Dashboard, you can now re-assign invoices assigned to a specific Project from one User to another. You can also filter by Branch and set / clear defaults. Previously, defaults have applied globally. Now, an option in the settings allows you to define if this should be global or individual.
3. Audit logs have now been added to Projects.
4. You can now set a custom Purchase Order message and email message against a specific Company.
5. A new button has been added under More on the Invoice check screen. If you have the Security Role Ability to create invoice mismatch logs, you will see a new button which allows you to report to Lentune any invoices that need the rules reviewed around header or line details. Time Sheet Improvements

1. In the mobile app, old rejection notes are now hidden if Time has been re-submitted. Save and Delete is now disabled on approved and processed entries.
2. Variations can now be added to custom exports for time sheet batches. You can now add the Variation Code, Cost Code, Cost Type and notes. 

Yard Improvements

1. You can now save a default Receivable Account against a Company. When making a booking for a Project which belongs to that Company, this account will be the default used. 

Fixes

1. The hyperlink in the prompt payment emails wasn't appearing. This has been corrected.
2. Fixed an iOS mobile bug where the login screen got stuck in a loop if switching between companies.
3. A bug which prevented you from exporting Time sheet User Groups has been fixed.
