Here's a wrap up of what we've been working on lately.
Invoice automation process improvements
- You can now reverse a processed invoice without having to call us up! Check it out here.
- Price files can now be removed and reloaded at the project level.
- Variation codes can no longer be duplicated.
Lentune mobile app improvements - Yard tab
- For multi-yard customers: When booking an item in the app you will now be warned if the item is not in your local yard.
- It is now easier to see what items are available for booking in the app. Available items will now appear first when searching.
- When a yard item is displayed on the app it will also display item notes and future availability.
Timesheet Improvements
- Time-sheet users can now be created without an email address. Read about that here.
- Approval reminders can now be set up as both emails and mobile push notifications for time sheet and leave request approvals. Check it out here.
- Leave requests can now be approved by a single approver. Check it out here.
Variations tweak
You can now import variations from the project screen. It is also available to users who have permission to create a variation but do not have Administration security access.
