      Lentune | Invoice Release 3.16

      Here's a wrap up of what we've been working on lately.

      Approval Stamp enhancements

      1. You can now customise both the content and the position of the approval stamp.  Learn how to enable this feature and get started creating your own stamp.
      2. We also recognise that the approval stamp can sometimes get in the way.  You can now bulk download invoices in their original form without the Approved stamp.

      Invoice Automation

      1. The Project export file now includes an active/inactive status field making it easy to audit and bulk update the project status.
      2. The Check button can now be set to default to check and approve. 
      3. We've updated the wording in the invoice approval reminder email so that it makes sense for both first and second approvals.
      4. Confidential invoices can now be viewed by any approver they have been assigned to in addition to users with the applicable security role.

      Timesheets

      1. We have made enhancements to the Send Approval Timesheet Reminders scheduled task.
      2. You can integrate the Lentune Timesheets leave calendar into a third-party calendar app such as Outlook or Google Calendar.
      3. You can export leave requests as a CSV file.

      Expenses

      Multiple Expense Claims users can now be reminded to submit expenses from the Expense dashboard.

      Bugs Squashed

      Yard

      You are now able to dispatch directly from the booking screen.

      Project cost management

      1. The revised budget in the Project > Cost code screen now displays correctly.
      2. The formatting of a Purchase Order number no longer causes the committed costs figure to be incorrect.
